Space uses Google Cloud Platform for the hosting of staging and production environments. GCP provides a well-designed, well-tested Disaster Recovery plan in place. GCP data centers are monitored by 24×7 security, biometric scanning, video surveillance and are SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 certified.
Data encryption is effective data security method used by SPACE so that only people with access to a secret key or password can read it. In simple terms it is point-to-point encryption. Data is encrypted in-transit using bank-grade TLS 1.3. Data is encrypted at-rest using ChaCha20-Poly1305 via cloudflare.
Single Sign-on (SSO) allows you to authenticate service in which one set of login credentials can be used to access multiple applications. All our plans include SSO Auth0 at no extra cost which also reduces the risk of lost, forgotten or weak passwords.
Access to customer data is limited to authorized employees who require it for their job and whose data access is logged. Authentication enables SPACE to keep its networks secure by permitting only authenticated users (or processes) to access its protected resources.

SPACE works with known and leading security enterprises to conduct bi-annual network and application layer penetration tests to create fully secure collaboration.
To use customer data safely, It is required for all the employees to complete an annual security training program.
In every part of the software development lifecycle, Space ensures data security through a collection of manual and automatic checks and scans for vulnerability.
Our employees consider and completely fulfill their responsibility of evaluating, updating, testing and complying with SPACE's security and privacy policy.
