How to view shared files in a channel or DM

This feature lets you view all the files shared in a particular conversation.

How it works:

Click on the files section from the header of the conversation. 

Or you can also click on the info icon at the top right and then click on the Files option.

There you can see all the files shared in that particular channel. Click the Show All option to see all.

You will see all the attachments shared in that conversation which can be previewed. When you will hover over a specific file, you will see a download option on it.

Purpose:

This section enables you to access and view all the files shared in a particular conversation quickly and easily in one place. In case you want to view a file but do not remember when exactly it was shared, you can come back and utilize this feature.
