How to search for old messages
This feature let you search all the messages easily which you have previously shared with anyone or in any channel.
How it works
- Click on the search field at the top from the sidebar
- Type what you're looking for into the search field, messages, files, people or channels.
- Once you enter your keyword you will see all the conversations, messages, channel and name of the person which include the keyword you are searching for.

If you type the name of the person, you will see an option to create channel with that person, channels which he/she has already be a part of, And all the messages shared by that person.

Just select the results which you want to see, you will see new modal which includes your results. From there you can share or pin a message.

Purpose - This feature makes it easy to retrieve information from conversations.
Benefit - You can search everything from documents, images, links, messages, channels and more. It will make it easy for you to find any relevant information and share at the same time.
